“Hi seen a lovely kuga car on website last Wednesday night at 9pm yes 9pm made my enquiry and at 930 pm got a reply from Gerard looking for me to send photos of my trade in to which I did and he replied to say I will be back with a price to you in the morning to which he did by midday and before 6pm we had a deal done .
